INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb. mozzarella
4 big tomatoes
4 tbsp. VK PUMPKIN SEED OIL
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
1 handful of fresh basil leaves
METHOD
1 Cut Mozzarella and tomatoes into
thin slices.
2 arrange tomatoes on a plate, adding
mozzarella on top.
3 Sprinkle with VK pumpkin seed oil
and balsamic vinegar.
4 Season with salt and pepper to taste
and garnish with basil.
