INGREDIENTS
5 handful of kale
2 handful arugula
1 zucchini
5 radish
5 asparagus
5 radish
1/4 red onion
DRESSING
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. VK PUMPKIN SEED OIL
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 pinch of chilliflakes
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
METHOD
1 Add Kale and arugula into a big
salad bowl.
2 Using a spiralizer cut zucchini into
thin pasta like strings and add to
bowl.
3 Cut radish into thin slices and add
to bowl.
4 Trim 1/3 of the asparagus ends and
toss. Cut into small pieces and add to
salad bowl.
5 Peel onion and cut finely. Also add
to bowl.
6 DRESSING: In a small bowl, add all
dressing ingredients and combine
well.
7 Right before serving, Toss dressing
over salad and combine well.
