VANILLA ICE CREAM PEACHES AND CARAMELIZED PECANS

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp. pecans

1 .5 tbsp. honey

1 ripe peach

4 scoops of vanilla ice

cream

2 tbsp. VK PUMPKIN SEED OIL


METHOD

1 Place pecans into a pan and toast

over medium heat for about 5 minutes,

stirring constantly.

2 Add honey into pan, combine with

pecans and continue toasting for 2-3 minutes

or until honey starts to

bubble. Make sure to keep stirring to

prevent honey to burn. Take from

heat and transfer onto a plate. Once

cooled down, chop pecans into small

pieces.

3 Halve the peach and remove the pit.

Cut into thin slices.

4 Arrange ice cream on a serving plate

along with peach slices and pecans.

5 drizzle with VK pumpkin seed oil and

serve immediately.
