PUMPKIN SEED OIL BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, room

temperature

2 tbsp. vk pumpkin

seed oil

1 tbsp.fresh chives

1 tbsp. fresh thyme

leaves

1/2 tsp. himalaya salt



METHOD

1 Place soft butter into a bowl and

add VK pumpin seeds oil. Using a fork

stir until well combined.

2 Chop chives and thyme leaves and

add along with salt to butter,

combine well.

3 Transfer butter to a piece of plastic

wrap and shape it into a cylinder.

Twist both ends of the plastic wrap

and pop cylinder in the refrigerator

to chill. The butter is ready when it’s

solid and cold.


Enjoy on bread, roasted vegetables,

meat or fish.
